Middlebury

While options range from intimate gatherings to lively outdoor outings, events and things to do in Middlebury, CT span both historic hubs and scenic shorelines. The historic town center brings together casual dining spots and community meeting spaces along compact commercial blocks. Meanwhile, the lake corridor draws crowds seeking open-air recreation and seasonal family attractions.

• Heading into the historic town center on a relaxed weeknight leads directly to casual pub fare and arcade games at Brewbury.
• Families and outdoor seekers gravitate toward the Lake Quassapaug shoreline for rides and waterpark attractions during Quassy Seasonal Operations, running annually from spring through late summer.
• Community programs and municipal gatherings anchor the calendar at Shepardson Community Center on Whittemore Road.
