Eldridge

While Eldridge is a quiet community, there's no shortage of events and things to do in the surrounding Sonoma Valley. Much of the region's social life revolves around the historic Sonoma Plaza, a walkable hub of tasting rooms, restaurants, and shops. The local scene is defined by a relaxed wine-and-food culture, with activities and festivals often taking place during warmer months.

• An evening can start on the walkable Sonoma Plaza, where tasting rooms and patios buzz with activity before a show at the historic Sebastiani Theatre.
• The rustic village of Glen Ellen offers another distinct wine country feel, with access to outdoor concerts and events at Jack London State Historic Park.
• Many area wineries, including Buena Vista Winery and Chateau St. Jean, host their own schedules of live music and food pairing events.
