Women's Breathwork

Gracie is a native of Canada. She is a mother of 2 and Modern Medicine Woman. Gracie has spent the past 15 yrs in the health and fitness realm and has helped hundreds of people connect to their physical bodies through fitness. During her twenties Gracie led a revolution in the sport of Powerlifting, breaking records, facilitating international events and Co Founding California Elite Training Center, San Diego's largest Powerlifting training facility. She’s now retired from lifting and living in the CA Bay Area with her two boys, Griffin (5) & Stryker (4).As a young teen Gracie battled with drug addiction and spent 14 yrs in the rooms of 12 step recovery programs. She continually seeked, never feeling enough- until the day she attended her first plant medicine ceremony. Plant medicine gave her the tools to experience more self love, forgiveness and compassion than ever before. She celebrates 18 years of sobriety and has always been passionate about helping folks around her get clean. She leads a monthly women's breathwork circle in Benicia, CA as well as facilitates plant medicine ceremonies for community members. Gracie is also a Kambo Practitioner.Gracie and her boys head to Quebec every summer to be with her two identical triplet sisters, Erin & Bonnie. The sisters own Odiyanna a Temple that adorns a private island on the scenic Gatineau. The sisters host community gatherings and retreats. You can find her facilitating Ceremonial Breathwork in Wakefield, QC in the summers.She has trained with Melissa McLaughlin of Breathwork Worldwide and leans towards the teachings of the Q'ero Peruvian Medicine Wheel.instagram @themotherportal
