Intention setting and the art of gifting a random act of kindness is incorporated within the session. This is an Earth journey, guided through different archetypal landscapes, inspired by the work of Mary Reynolds Thompson, and her two books: 'Reclaiming the Wild Soul - How Earth's Landscapes Restore Us to Wholeness' and 'A Wild Soul Woman.' I facilitate workshops on these themes too, trained and authorised by Mary to do so in 2018.To enable inclusive access to these deeply restful, relaxing, blissful sessions, tickets are available on a tiered system - by donation. Suggested donations: earth - £3, canopy - £8, sky - £12. Sky tickets will enable others to enjoy the practice.All attendees will be able to access a recording of the session, emailed to the address associated with the booking.
