Welcome Wild Edgewalkers!I'm Amanda, founder and nature connectedness guide at Wild Edgewalker. Why wild edgewalker - when I adopted that phrase I didn't know that I was neurodivergent, I always knew that I felt different however. This was affirmed in 2024, I am AUDHD.Professionally trained as a Cordon Bleu cook, Craniosacral Biodynamics practitioner and a Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapist, I always guided clients to resource with nature. I shifted to working in, and with nature completely in 2015.I now offer Forest Therapy walks, sensory foraging, and herbal workshops; as well as NatureWell and Ecotherapy.I live in Jersey, but am a regular visitor to the South West of England, (where I was born in Devon), with friends and family based there. With family, friends and colleagues around the world, I also facilitate connections and experiences online as well as in person. In recovery from long-term (over 30 years) ME/CFS, I have found connecting deeply with nature is the source of wellness and vitality. Thus I offer a variety of ways to resource and connect, slowing down, grounding and remembering we are part of nature for optimum health.
