Helping pivot your mental game.Pivot (verb): to adapt or improve by adjusting or modifying something.Sometimes we need to pivot our ways of thinking, feeling, and doing. Sometimes, our pivots will be big and have us going in a very new direction; sometimes, the pivots will be smaller and have us making less noticeable but still significant changes. At Pivot, we help you identify where to make those pivots and give you tools to effectively practice them so your performance is more consistent.Owner, Dr. Stephanie (Huskey) Cameron| As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant ®, I have worked with athletes, coaches, teams, and business professionals. Some have been youths just starting their competitive sports journey; others have been working toward professional sports. My work focuses on empowering performers to understand and regulate their mental game more efficiently and consistently. I use a combination of coaching and instructional techniques. In addition to mental performance coaching, I am a professor of exercise science. I have an M.S. in sport psychology and a Ph.D. in health psychology. I have a background in martial arts, and have a 6th degree black belt.
