'Be kind to your mind, Mental health matters.'Who we areWe're a group of people with different backgrounds, based in Bridgwater.What we have to offerWe provide a safe and supportive space for people to connect with others who understand what they're going through.How do we do thisWe offer: hobby groups, conversation clubs, 1-2-1 support, events with other local organisations.Our goal is to help people feel less alone and more empowered to manage their mental health.
