PBS MediaDeveloped in 2005 as an entertainment studio that works diligently with the members of its creative team to unleash stories and characters across all media (including but not limited to comics, film, television, consumer products, home entertainment and interactive games) that speak to the level of consciousness for all and provide a voice for the unheard.PBS Media is an innovative graphic media company that partners with the community to raise awareness and social consciousness through creative projects. We serve as a “bridge in the gap” of the community.PBS Media business operations are comprised of the development and distribution of our flagship series: “P.B.Soldier” and “Jazen” in the form of graphic novels, web comics, animation, apps, apparel and games.Our offices are located in Newark, NJ.PBS STEAM Foundation is a IRS 501C3 Tax exempt Non-Profit Organization targeting families of black and brown youth, in developing careers in STEAM.Our purpose is to expose and engage black and brown youth. Our mission is to engage, identify and mold black and brown youth visionaries, pioneers, and technopreneurs in STEAM. According to the Pew Research Center, only 17 percent of Black and Brown people (2017-2019), obtain a job in the STEM workforce. To further enhance this issue, 1 in 10 STEM professionals is a minority woman. Our organization aims to provide proactive solutions to increasing black and brown youth in STEAM fields.
