I adore teaching and passing along tips and stories to fellow food nuts. My classes are held in a commercial kitchen, however, everything is geared to the home cook or baker. The equipment I use is not commercial, my kitchenaide, my crappy like food processor, the hand blender - all common things you have. It's important to me that you feel confident that when you leave the class you can be successful in recreating whatever bread, pastry or pasta you have learned about. I look forward to our kitchen adventures!
