Robyn Bragg is a dedicated relationship, sexual wellness, and embodied intimacy coach who helps people deepen their connection to their bodies, boundaries, and desires. Through one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and sacred community spaces, she supports individuals and couples in exploring authentic intimacy, improving their relationships, and embracing their full sensual expression.Her approach is body-positive, trauma-informed, and inclusive of the LGBTQIA+, kink, and polyamory communities. Robyn's work is also shaped by her professional background as a somatics practitioner, hypnotic coach, sex educator, and pharmacist. She blends science and soul, integrating mindfulness, embodiment, and nervous system awareness with practical tools for communication, healing, and pleasure.Robyn specializes in helping clients release shame, uncover what they truly want, and build the courage to ask for it, often for the first time.
