Kate is a powerful mentor and experienced spiritual guide who, over the last 20 years, has developed a multimodal therapeutic healing program, incorporating shamanic energy healing, reiki, body work, rapid transformational therapy and conscious energy Rebirthing Breathwork.Kate has trained with Creative Breathwork completing levels 1 & 2 of Breathwork facilitator training as well as studied Core Clearing Breathwork with The Australian Breathwork College. She is certified in Marissa Peers, Rapid Transformation Therapy and has multiple Energy Healing and Reiki Training certifications as well as a Diploma in Social Science with a focus on counselling.
