Before founding Ampersand & Ampersand, Sarah Salvatoriello spent 18+ years working with global media companies, design studios, advertising agencies, and in-house teams as a Creative Director and Brand Strategist. In 2020, she pivoted her career to run a creative branding studio that helps small and medium-sized businesses navigate change through rebranding and communication endeavors. Advice from coaches and industry experts was antithetical to her experience as a female, breadwinning, working parent running a creative business in an increasingly broken system so she now shares her experience for others. Sarah’s blend of cheerful nihilism and compassionate-capitalist business empowerment swings against toxic positivity without sacrificing effectiveness.Ampersand & Ampersand is a creative branding studio committed to helping entrepreneurs and small-to-medium businesses in a moment of pivot.
