Importacular gives you the control to choose exactly how you want your event data imported into The Raiser’s Edge. By automating this process, you can eliminate all that tedious data entry and the constant downloading and uploading of .csv files.
The tool is also super fast and simple to set up with Eventbrite. You can download Importacular from Zeidman for free today and then link it to your Eventbrite account. After connecting to Eventbrite, you’ll be able to select which event to import data from.
The brains of Importacular are in the Mapping Templates. They tell the app how and what data to map from Eventbrite to the corresponding fields in The Raiser’s Edge. You have a high degree of control and flexibility when setting up your Mapping Template. You can also create multiple templates in case you hold many events with different attendees and unique ways of tracking them in The Raiser’s Edge.
Once you create your template, you can start transferring data. You don’t have to worry about getting all the mappings just right immediately, either. Importacular lets you review and make changes to any records before processing the data. New records will be added for new attendees, while existing constituent records will be updated with new information.
