We are Alliance Managers. We've had the privilege of working in, and leading, alliance organizations for some of the largest companies in the world and for more modest sized companies. We have lived the reality of striking a delicate balancing between developing the organization's overall partnering skills, with the immediate need to sign up new partners, resolve conflicts, and deliver results. But the urgent wins over the important. We found ourselves wishing we had someone to help with these foundational activities while we were busy with the day-to-day challenges of managing our partnerships. We needed a partnering partner.So we created Professional Partnering Services, LLC to be that partnering partner. We're not consultants; we don't second-guess, or make extravagant recommendations to management and walk away. We work with, together, and as a part of our clients' alliance teams.
