If you missed anything, not to worry. We are pleased to feature the full recording of the live conference, as well as the on demand (pre-recorded) presentations. Abstracts and speaker bios can be found in the online schedule.

We're using Sched again this year for the Watershed Symposium online schedule and directory of speakers and attendees. We love Sched!

FAQs

Is there a cost to attend? No. The Watershed Symposium is free and open to all.

Can I get CEU credits? We've prepared a generic CEU worksheet for attendees.

How can I give feedback to the speakers? Use the feedback icons in the online schedule. Fast and easy.

Will live sessions be recorded? Yes, and the video will be available online after the Symposium.

Eventbrite? Sched? Webex? Why so many platforms? We agree, it can be bit onerous at times. We're using Eventbrite for registration and for this handy one-stop-shop online event page. Sched is great for the online schedule and event directory. And Webex for the live virtual portion of the conference. Also, YouTube for the on-demand sessions. Maybe next year we'll streamline :^)

Virtual Networking & Info Tables

We have both, using breakout sessions in Webex!

The breakout sessions will be open all day, during breaks between presentations, and also for two dedicated Networking Sessions (morning & afternoon). Visit with local organizations at their virtual "tables", continue Q&A with speakers, or grab a free "table" to meetup with friends and colleagues. We get that this will never replace in-person networking, but hopefully it will come sort of close.

How it works

Open the "Participants" panel in Webex to see the list of available breakout sessions. Then click "Join" which opens what is basically a smaller meeting happening inside the main meeting. One difference, in the breakout session anyone can unmute themselves for a more conversational experience. Please give it a try!
