What does the checkout process look like with Affirm?

For some U.S. events, you can pay for Eventbrite tickets over time, rather than all at once, with eblink{Affirm financing=>https://www.affirm.com/buy-with-affirm/ target=_blank}. If the loan is approved by Affirm, you’ll instantly receive your tickets in your order confirmation email from Eventbrite and directly pay Affirm in fixed monthly installments over 3 or 6 months (rates from 10-30% APR). Just choose Affirm as the payment method during checkout, complete a quick application on their site, and get a real-time decision. To apply, you must be at least 18 years old (19 years old in Alabama or if you’re a ward of the state in Nebraska) and provide Affirm with your full name, email address, date of birth, U.S. mobile or VoIP number registered in your name, and the last 4 digits of your social security number.

10. Optional: Request a refund.

If you need to eblink{request a refund=>https://www.eventbrite.com/support/articleredirect?anum=3207}, contact the event organizer directly. Refunds will be less any interest that has accrued on the loan. If you’ve already made loan payments or a down payment, Affirm issues a refund credit to the bank account or debit card that you used to make the payments. Refund credits should appear in your Affirm account within 3 to 10 business days.

TIP: If the event organizer grants the refund, the refund is posted to your eblink{Affirm account=>https://www.affirm.com/account target=_blank} once processed.

PRO TIP: If you’re receiving a partial refund, it’ll be applied to the last monthly payment associated with your loan. Any remaining funds will be applied to the second to last monthly payment, then the third to last monthly payment, and so on, until the full amount of the refund has been applied to your loan. All other monthly payment amounts won’t change from your original terms.

NOTE: Any accrued interest will not be refunded because you still owe the interest that accumulated during the time the money was borrowed.
