How to update the shipping address for an event wristband

When wristbands are required to enter an event, you may need to update your shipping address if it differs from the address you entered when registering. To do this, go to your eblink{Tickets=>https://www.eventbrite.com/mytickets} page, find your order, then select "Manage Wristband." As long as it's not past the deadline, you can choose "Update shipping address" to edit the shipping address for your wristband.

TIP: If you purchased a payment plan, you can update the shipping address on your order after your final payment is completed.

NOTE: If you don't see the option to edit your shipping address, it's probably past the cutoff date for shipping. Please proceed to Will Call with a copy of your original order confirmation email and a photo ID and we'll help you out.

1. Go to Tickets.

After you eblink{log into your Eventbrite account=>https://www.eventbrite.com/login}, access the account menu, then select "Tickets."

2. Find your order.

From the "Tickets" tab, you'll see your upcoming events in chronological order. Find your order, then click on it to see your order details.

TIP: If you're having trouble finding your order, it’s likely you registered under a different email address. Try logging in with other email addresses if you may have used them to register.

3. Choose "Manage Wristband."

Select the "Manage Wristband" tab to manage your order.

4. Select "Update shipping address" to make changes.

You'll see the status of your wristband shipment, along with the information you entered when you registered. All you have to do is select "Update shipping address" to make changes. You can make changes as long it's not past the deadline.

TIP: If you don't see the option to edit your shipping address, it's past the cutoff date for shipping. Please proceed to Will Call with a copy of your original order confirmation email and a photo ID and we'll get you set up.

NOTE: If you purchased more than one wristband, we'll ship all wristbands in the order to the address provided by the ticket buyer.

5. Save your changes.

Your changes aren't saved automatically, so make sure to choose "Save" when you're done. Your wristband should be sent to the new address you entered.
