Umu Igbo Unite Tristate Chapter

Umu Igbo Unite (UIU) TriState is a chapter of the natioal organization Umu Igbo Unite. Umu Igbo Unite is a non-profit US based organization that consists of a wide range of young professionals and college students of Igbo heritage residing in the US. Our membership targets people from all parts of the South-Eastern Igbo speaking states of Nigeria including: Abia, Anambra, Delta, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo, Bayelsa, Akwa-Ibom, Cross-River and Rivers states. UIU Tristate  serves young professionals in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut metro areas. Our goal is to connect, empower and share through our Igbo Culture.The chapter will focus on providing Igbo language lessons, networking events, gand community engagement through volunteer events.
