Stacks and the City

Ashley is a podcaster, real estate investor and educator from Washington DC. She started her real estate investing journey at 24 when she purchased her first real estate investment property in Washington DC using savings earned from working two jobs. That following year, she purchased a second home in DC which she also rented out. Ashley landed a position as a financial advisor associate at Morgan Stanley where she looked and researched financial plans for high net worth clients. With an urge to help people with a background similar to her, Ashley left Morgan Stanley and started a podcast, Stacks and the City. Stacks and the City then blossomed into a full-scale financial consulting agency which aims to build credit, save, and invest. Ashley’s clients have purchased buildings, raised credit scores 150 points, and invest in multiple houses. Ashley currently lives in Houston, TX with her partner Denisha. When she’s not teaching financial education, Ashley spends her time knitting, gardening, and baking.
