Black Star Creative Collective (BSCC)

Phocused Black Star Media (PBS Media) is now Black Star Creative Collective (BSCC) was developed in 2005 as an entertainment studio that works diligently with the members of its creative team to unleash stories and characters across all media (including but not limited to comics, film, television, consumer products, home entertainment and interactive games) that speak to the level of consciousness for all and provide a voice for the unheard.

BSCC is an innovative graphic media company that partners with the community to raise awareness and social consciousness through creative projects. We serve as a “bridge in the gap” of the community.

BSCC business operations are comprised of the development and distribution of our flagship series: “Blacklisted" and “Jazen” in the form of graphic novels, web comics, animation, apps, apparel and games.

Our offices are located in Newark, NJ.
