Pascal Claire, Oliver and Cassandra Williams

We are a husband and wife team of Caribbean descent (Jamaica). Together with our business partner Pascal (who is from Guadaloupe) we are hosting a series of supper clubs to promote healthy, accessible and fusion Caribbean food.

We aim to demonstrate to a wider audience how Caribbean food is a very good example of how a number of different influences - be it Indian, Chinese or Spanish - can come together to form an exciting and vibrant cuisine - and one which, at its basic level, is extremely nutritious.

Part of our aim in undertaking these events is to inform individuals about Caribbean cuisine as there is a general misconception that the cuisine in general is very spicy. Through our supper club we will show how Caribbean food offers a diverse range of tastes and flavours to suit all palates.
