NOBCChE Collaborative

The NOBCChE Collaborative's purpose is to develop a pipeline of academic career opportunities for NOBCChE undergraduate, graduate, and post-doctoral members that helps to achieve NOBCChE’s overall mission and seeks to improve the representation of people of color in academia. This Collaborative model was co-founded by former Vice President Kemal Catalan (NOBCChE 2015-2017) and is currently led by President-Elect Renã Robinson. The inaugural Collaborative consists of six universities that have worked together over the last few years to build micro-networks that support underrepresented minorities at the undergraduate, graduate, postdoctoral, and even faculty levels.
