Make Plays Today was founded by Coach Wade O'Connor. Coach Wade possesses 20 years of division-one basketball experience.  He worked for Billy Donovan, head coach of NBA Oklahoma City Thunder; helped develop Jason "White Chocolate" Williams and Kenneth "The Manimal" Faried; and is the only documented coach in NCAA history to be a part of setting school record wins at three different division-one schools in a four-year period (WCU 22, MSU 25, USM 27).
