Georgetown University Department of Human Resources

The Georgetown University Department of Human Resources provides and connects Georgetown employees to learning and training opportunities that support lifelong professional development. We facilitate soft skills training through in-person and e-learning workshops, and partner with the GMS HCM team to offer technical training on the Georgetown Management System (GMS) and varying GMS roles. We also collaborate with other departments to present essential operational, policy, and compliance trainings. It is our mission to support a healthy work-life balance and to provide employees the tools and resources necessary to succeed and prosper at Georgetown.
