First Steps ED

First Steps ED is a multi-award-winning eating disorder charity. Our team offers support without judgement or discrimination to people of all ages, building a strong reputation as the provider of choice in our communities. Driven by our 'experts by experience', the charity works as an integrated partner in health and education sectors supporting students in schools, colleges and universities.

Our compassionate team is supported by a large network of volunteers and academics to ensure our services remain accessible for service users and their loved ones. We aim to bring hope, opportunities and choices to lives impacted by their mental health with workshops and training to tackle body image, disordered eating and eating disorders.
