Enough Labs was created with a singular theory in mind: IF women and girls are encouraged to believe that there are no limits to what they can achieve, that they do not need to conform to stereotypes, nor do they need to adhere to impossible expectations of perfection, THEN women and girls can continue to grow to be courageous, resilient, and powerful to effect the necessary change for a more just and equal world.

Enough Labs was designed with a central mission in mind: to enhance the self-esteem and confidence of all women and girls. It is intended to employ experiential learning and transformative coaching techniques geared to inspire women and girls everywhere to see their potential and embrace all that makes them beautifully strong. This mission is rooted in the vision of supporting the next generation of women and girls to be leaders who are confident, maintain healthy relationships, make positive decisions, embrace their power, and celebrate their uniqueness.
