Dawn Monroe Training

I am a certified Microsoft Office Specialist, MASTER level. I have been teaching computer applications to business professionals for over 25 years.

I offer instruction on Access, Excel, Office 365, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Publisher, Windows and Word. I also dabble in Adobe, Google, QuickBooks, WordPress and a variety of online software products as well.

My current passion is advocating for Accessibility and Universal Design in documents and websites.

As an independent consultant, I offer public classes, one-on-one consultations, customized small business workshops, speaking engagements for your organization and document solution advice.
