Crystal R. Currie is a licensed Mental Health Therapist and Trauma Healing Expert dedicated to helping individuals heal from childhood trauma and break unhealthy family cycles. Born to parents who were 13 & 14 years old, childhood trauma followed Crystal into adulthood, where she overcame the challenges of toxic relationships and self-sabotage to pursue a career in mental health.

Crystal’s personal struggles fueled her passion to create safe-spaces for others who desire to heal from childhood trauma. She facilitates these safe-spaces through trauma healing retreats, workshops and conferences. Crystal is the CEO & Lead Therapist of Compass Life Skills & Counseling. In addition to provide therapy services, Crystal is a sought after consultant and speaker for mental health trainings for various organizations.
