The Columbia (MD) Chapter of The Links, Incorporatated was chartered on June 28, 1975.  For the past 41 years, the Chapter has transformed lives in Howard County, Maryland by providng scholarships to graduating high school seniors as well as cultural and educational programming through our 5 facets.
