Coder Dojo of Palm Beach Gardens

Hello Labs is excited to announce the CoderDojo Palm Beach Gardens!

If you have, or know of, any young people in the Palm Beach County area, please share this page with them.

This is an exciting opportunity for kids to be exposed/learn further how to code and the world of technology.
CoderDojo is a global movement of free, volunteer-led, community based programming clubs for young people. At a Dojo, young people (called Ninjas), between 7 and 17, learn how to code, develop websites, apps, programs, games and explore technology in an informal and creative environment. In addition to learning to code, attendees meet like minded people and are exposed to the possibilities of technology.

Within the CoderDojo Movement there is a focus on community, peer learning, youth mentoring and self led learning, with an emphasis on showing how coding is a force for change in the world!

Events will take place at the Hello Labs HQ in Palm Beach Gardens. Parents will need to stay with their children while our group of Mentors, Hello Labs Team Members and other tech community volunteers, will lead the kids in individualized learning. If you have laptop, please make sure to bring it along.

Any questions feel free to reach out to us on our Facebook page CoderDojo Palm Beach Gardens.

We look forward to seeing you!
