Code Switch: RJ for Girls of Color

Code Switch is a community-based nonprofit formed to eradicate the educational inequities that Girls and Young Women of Color experience in schools and in life. It provides girls and those who parent, educate, and mentor them with access to sister circles centered in restorative practices, professional learning experiences, critical mentorship, conference & international travel opportunities, and leadership experiences that help cultivate a sense of self-determination, cultural literacy, and youth-led community action.
