Carly Paige is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Cooking Instructor who is fiercely passionate about making healthy simple (both on and off your plate) to increase confidence and energy from within. Too often we place nutrition and health restrictions on ourselves, and in a world saturated with conflicting information Carly’s goal is to simplify your approach to wellness so that you can live your best life. Best known for her engaging charisma, delicious (mostly plant-based) recipes and “keeping it real”, Carly believes that healthy doesn’t have to be hard with the right tools, knowledge and resources. Carly has been able to reach thousands through onsite wellness workshops, cooking classes, online programs and guides, as well as her online community where educates through nutritious recipes and wellness topics. Carly is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Nutritious Life Studio and Plantlab Culinary.
