A top producing real estate agent with Douglas Elliman, who is currently working towards her broker license. Melissa is a third-generation East End native and a key player in her family's nearly six-decade old real estate development and design-build company.
Melissa earned #7 Agent for transactions in 2023 on the East End and specializes in agricultural land, luxury properties and design-build opportunities. Melissa leads the top producing, McCloskey Team on the North Fork with over $30 million in sales in 2022. She is dually licensed in both Huntington and Cutchogue and versed in primary and secondary home markets. Bringing over 15 years of luxury sales and construction experience to her clients and offering an extremely powerful network of professional resources to every sale.
In addition to a Masters degree in Business Management from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelors degree from Merrimack College in International Business, Melissa holds a certified Sommelier certification and has a passion for wine and viticulture and may often be found walking the vines and meeting clients at her family's vineyard, Roanoke Vineyards.
