Serenely Guided Foundation, Inc.

The Serenely Guided Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving the lives of patients, families, caregivers and those affected by rare diseases. After a 3-year journey to diagnosis with a rare blood and blood vessel disorder, Founder Sarah Woods created the organization to fuel awareness, drive health innovation, and raise funds for patient and caregiver wellness resources.
