Holly Hams is a certified yoga, meditation, and breathwork teacher with a passion for guiding women toward calm, clarity, and emotional resilience. Drawing from her own journey through mental illness, trauma, and personal transformation, Holly created Our Kind Collective to provide tools, practices, and community for women ready to step into their full potential.
Through retreats, workshops, and online offerings, Holly supports women to reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and cultivate grounded strength — all while fostering meaningful connections with like-minded individuals. She believes real transformation happens in community, and her work is dedicated to creating safe, intentional spaces where women can heal, grow, and rise together.
