Confusion to Clarity
Danielle Fanfair has over sixteen years of coaching and teaching adults, creating professional development curriculum, interdisciplinary event production, and strategy. She helps individuals, groups and organizations move from Confusion to Clarity, developing an understanding of how their personal story equips them to be a powerful contribution. During her career, she’s learned and created useful tools for personal and professional growth, story-sharing and compassionate understanding, creating diverse and inclusive environments, building long-term professional relationships, problem solving, communication, growing performance, increasing productivity, and giving and receiving feedback.
She holds a B.A. in Journalism and Public Relations from Baylor University, and experience as a conference and events planner, strategic director of vocational incubators, film producer, professional coach and spiritual teacher. She is an internationally-accredited practitioner of the Enneagram of Personality, an accurate personality and skills typing system. A gifted writer, she’s penned articles for Arts + Culture Texas, Houstonia Magazine and published a workbook called Go From Confusion to Clarity: The Inner Work Book in 2018. She served as Executive Director of The Hines Center for Spirituality and Prayer, a wellness center in Downtown Houston and is currently working full-time as an Integrated Well-Being Consultant for discreet clients that ranges from arts organizations to tech companies.
She has the gift of teaching awareness, empathy, compassion and appreciation as a means to growing diverse, inclusive, and equitable spaces without shaming attendees. She has the curiosity of a nerd and the wit of a comedian. She’ll have you laughing, learning and growing all at the same time.
Danielle’s teaching and speaking is great for Human Resources Offerings and Trainings, Professional Development Programs, and Corporate Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility Initiatives.
