Before I lost my husband to leukaemia, I had already been practising Ayurveda and its holistic approach to health and well-being. However, after his death, I found myself facing the overwhelming challenge of navigating life on my own. It was during this profoundly difficult time that I leaned even more deeply into Ayurveda’s timeless wisdom, using its principles to create simple daily routines that helped me calm my nervous system, regain energy, and prevent brain fog while keeping my mood and emotions more stable.
Today, as an Ayurvedic Therapist, Registered Nutritionist, and Yoga Therapist, I draw from both my professional expertise and personal experience to support others on their journey through grief. My approach is rooted in simplicity, using nature as a guide through tools like nutrition, herbal medicine, natural supplements, breathwork, meditation, yoga, marmatherapy, essential oils, water therapy, and the healing influence of colours. These practices offer practical and accessible ways to nurture the body, mind, and spirit during times of loss and transition.
Through my events, I aim to empower bereaved people with small, meaningful steps to support their well-being. Whether it’s understanding how food can stabilise your mood, using herbal remedies and natural supplements to boost vitality, easing anxiety with essential oils, or practising calming breathwork, everything I share is designed to feel gentle and achievable, even in the hardest moments.
Together, we’ll explore how nature’s wisdom can guide you towards more resilience, and finding a renewed sense of balance, peace, and joy in life.
