FAR FILMS SCREENWRITER'S BOOTCAMP
Fred Ritzenberg has been in the film business for 30 years, writing and producing motion pictures, including his most recent film, ‘ZAYTOUN’, garnering runner-up status for the Blackberry People’s Choice Award at the Toronto International Film Festival (behind SILVER LINING’S PLAYBOOK).Fred has written screenplays for some of Hollywood's top name producers: Joe Roth; Morgan Creek Productions, Daniel Melnick; Indiprod Company at Columbia Pictures, Scott Kroopf; Interscope Entertainment, Ted Field; Radar Pictures, Dick Clark Entertainment, Nash Entertainment.
He has taught hundreds of students the craft of screenwriting and is currently an Adjunct Lecturer at Santa Clara University.
Two of Fred’s students were accepted to AFI Screenwriting program. His students have also had films play in more than 50 film festivals around the world.
