Marvin Bembry is a seasoned leadership coach, speaker, and consultant with over 25 years of experience in leadership development and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). He is the founder of MKB Leadership Transformation, a firm based in Chicago that provides professional development, leadership training, and executive coaching services.
Marvin's journey is marked by overcoming significant personal challenges, having grown up in poverty in the projects of Detroit with a single parent. Despite these obstacles, he built a successful career in corporate America, where he honed his skills as a leader and communicator.
