Marsha Lane Foster Creative Business & Life Coaching
Marsha Lane Foster is a portrait, fine art, and boudoir photographer whose work is deeply rooted in storytelling, emotional transformation, and personal freedom. But her journey to becoming a guide for women's empowerment and visibility is one forged in the fires of her own liberation.
As a survivor of domestic violence, emotional abuse, and teenage motherhood, Marsha understands intimately what it means to feel invisible, trapped, and disconnected from one's own power. In the beginning of her photography career, she photographed "everything under the sun," but something felt profoundly empty. That emptiness was her soul calling her toward her true purpose.
The turning point came when Marsha discovered boudoir photography—not as a genre, but as a vehicle for transformation. She created The Hostage Project, a widely recognized photographic essay exploring the emotional captivity many women face which became the catalyst for her evolution from photographer to healer, from artist to guide.
Today, Marsha has evolved beyond the lens into a Life and Business Coach who combines Nervous System Regulation with Art Therapy to empower women to step into visibility and sovereignty. Through her "Art That Transcends" coaching experience, she uses the therapeutic methods she perfected through years of photographic work to help women not just see themselves differently, but to fundamentally shift their nervous system responses to visibility, worthiness, and personal power.
Her mission is clear: to help clients use personal development experiences as catalysts for change—changes in perspective, changes in boundaries, changes in the reflection they see both in the mirror and in their lives and businesses.
Based in Rogers, Arkansas, Marsha works with women through Freedom Dreamer Photography, Freedom Boudoir, Freedom Dreamer Publishing & Marsha Lane Foster Creative Life & Business Coaching where she continues to transmute pain into power, shame into sovereignty, and fear into freedom. Her work proves that healing isn't just about recovering from what happened—it's about reclaiming who you've always been beneath the survival strategies.
Marsha Lane Foster doesn't just help women be seen. She helps them remember they were never invisible—just waiting for permission to take up space.
Marsha is also a Certified Yoga Teacher educated at the prestigious Circle Yoga Shala.
Her group workshops, one on one coaching programs & art focused events are regional favorites.
