I’m a 45-year-old, God-fearing Memphian — a proud wife, mother, and grandmother with a heart for helping others. For over seven years, I’ve dedicated my life to community service, giving back and making a difference wherever I can. As the Marketing Director of Sincere Healthcare Institute, I’ve had the opportunity to uplift and empower individuals through meaningful connections and compassionate leadership.
Now, I’m stepping into a new chapter with The Hey Love Bugs Podcast — a safe, therapeutic space where people can free their minds, share their truth, and find healing through honest conversations and love-filled dialogue.
When The Makeup Comes Off was created to provide women with a sacred, safe space to be honest, raw, and free. This experience was designed to allow women to remove the masks they wear daily and show up as their true selves—seen, heard, and loved. Through shared stories, real conversations, and authentic connection, we create room for healing, growth, and restoration. Here, no one has to pretend, perform, or be perfect—just present.
