I was born in Tehran, Iran and raised with a deep appreciation for resilience, adaptability, and community. With a background in biomedical science and experience across research, education, and civic leadership, I discovered that my true calling is bringing women together in spaces where they can show up authentically and grow with confidence.

I’m the Founder of Uplift, focused on fostering meaningful connection within the Eastside community, and I also serve on the board of the Meydenbauer Bay Neighbors Association, supporting community voice, belonging, and stewardship in Bellevue.
