My path wasn't picture-perfect. College dropout energy, makeup artist hustle, retail management grind—I tried on a lot of versions of myself before I figured out what I actually wanted. That honest reckoning led me to grad school, nearly 20 years as a high school counselor, and eventually to creating Golden Hour Life Coaching.

Here's what I know: You can't attract the love you want until you become the love you deserve. That's my L.O.V.E. Framework—Let Others Value Everything about you—and it starts with YOU valuing yourself first. Not just in dating (though we'll fix that too), but in your friendships, your family dynamics, your career, and especially in how you talk to yourself when no one's listening.
