A Better Checkout Experience For Increased Ticket Sales
At Eventbrite, we're always working to improve our experience for both event organizers and attendees. We've made some important changes to the order form that reduce friction for ticket buyers, help organizers like you drive more ticket sales, and still ensure you get necessary information from your attendees.
2X Increase in ticket sale conversion rates
We recently ran a series of experiments where we moved the order form to after payment. Through this work, we saw conversion rates nearly doubled. As a result, we’re moving all order forms including those with custom questions to after payment, with the exception of additional terms and conditions, which will still appear before payment.
