About our presenter

Nate Gleaves is the Employee Experience Advocate at UBT. He a writer of emails,maker of instructions, and trainer of technology.

Born and raised on a turkey farm in the middle of nowhere south-central Nebraska, Nate grew up fascinated by computers and electronics. Nate has been with Union Bank for the last 13 years and spent the first decade of his career in the IT department, helping UBT associates with their technology questions and educating on current and future technology offerings within the company. Currently residing in an office in the corner of HR (mostly because IT leadership doesn’t know what to do with him), Nate continues to assist with companywide communications, whether they be IT-related or otherwise.
