SUNDAY, OCTOBER 12th – THE LISTENING SPACE: A FREQUENCY RESET THROUGH SOUND
Join us for a 90-minute Sunday sound journey designed to slow your pace, soothe the nervous system, and bring you back to center.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is not a performance or a passive sound bath. It is an active meditation – an invitation into deep listening.
Overtone-rich instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, drums and voice weave a layered soundscape rooted in ancient traditions of resonance. These vibrations help release tension, restore balance and open space for clarity.
Through entrainment, sound naturally shifts the body into slower brainwave patterns:
∞ Theta (4–7 Hz): the meditative “dream” state-deep relaxation, intuition, and emotional release and
∞ Delta (0.5–4 Hz): the deepest state of rest-cellular repair, nervous system reset, and profound stillness.
No distractions. Just ancient sound, presence and the willingness to listen.
YOUR GUIDES
Natasha Stark and Steve Johnsen are both professional musicians who bring their craft into the field of sound meditation.
Steve is a long-time music producer and trained sound facilitator, bridging decades of musicianship with a deep meditative practice.
Natasha is a qualified Sound and Somatic Therapist and a classically trained singer, working with voice and overtone instruments to create spacious, grounding journeys.
Together they hold a field where sound is not performance but presence. It's an invitation to slow down, reset, and remember your center.
