About this course

Beyond Benign Lead Teacher Erin Mayer will teach this course through a combination of synchronous and asynchronous learning. Participants will leave with a toolkit of resources and access to a network of other like-minded educators in the region.

This 3 week course (16 course hours) features synchronous and asynchronous learning, participants will walk away with a tool kit of open access resources and access to a network of other like-minded educators.

How is this course taught?

This course utilizes Canvas for assignments. It uses synchronous (live Zoom classes with instructors and participant interaction) and asynchronous (Discussion posts and various assignments as per instructor's syllabus, posted via Canvas)

How can I obtain the discount code for my state or other categories?

How many continuing education credits are available for this class?

1 CEU credit/16 hours

Can I get grad level relicensure credit for this course?

Currently those are provided by Adams State University (link provided during course). NYS CTLE sponsorship is in the application process for Beyond Benign to provide this certification to NYS teachers, and likely will be available in June.

Is there an additional cost for the grad level relicensure credit?

Yes. This is an additional cost to the course fee. Adams State University charges $55-60/credit hour. NY CTLE costs are unknown at this time.
