Learning Event Summary:

Have you ever struggled with how much conflict arises in your classroom? Did you know that conflict can be really healthy for children if it is resolved in a healthy way? During this course, you will learn why conflict is healthy and ways that you can guide children to resolve conflict.

Learning Outcomes:

  1. Learners will identify common misconceptions about conflict and conflict resolution.
  2. Learners will recognize the importance of conflict and conflict resolution.
  3. Learners will recall skills to support children with successful and healthy conflict resolution.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
