Join Parent Coach Elisabeth Stitt, BA, with the Center for Children and Youth, for Setting Limits for Your Child: Building Boundaries for Positive Development.

This workshop is designed to equip parents with the tools and techniques necessary for setting healthy, effective limits with young children. Participants will explore the importance of boundaries, discover practical strategies for maintaining consistency, and learn how to use positive discipline techniques to guide children's behavior in a supportive and respectful way.

Workshop Objectives:

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand the importance of setting limits and boundaries for young children.
  2. Learn age-appropriate techniques for setting limits and managing behaviors.
  3. Practice strategies for maintaining consistency in discipline.
  4. Explore how to balance empathy with authority.
  5. Develop strategies for responding to challenging behavior in a constructive way.

Parents Place does not provide refunds for missed workshops.  However, with 48 hours advance notice of your inability to attend, we will offer another workshop(s) of equal value in exchange for the missed workshop.
