“Screens Down, Spirits Up” is a casual evening for parents to connect, unwind, and dive into important conversations around kids, smartphones, and smart-tech use, both at home and in our schools. Hosted by Trumbull PUSH (Parents United for Smart-Tech Health), this event is all about building community, sharing ideas, and learning together.

We’ll talk about our group’s mission, local efforts around healthy tech habits, and the ideas behind the bestselling book The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt. Whether you’re just curious, looking for support, or eager to get involved, this is a great chance to meet like-minded parents in town and join the conversation.
