To educate, empower, and support parents in prolonging childhood and protecting youth mental health.

We aim to serve families across all age groups -- whether by helping elementary and middle school parents understand the risks of early smartphone and social media exposure, or by supporting parents of teens in setting healthy boundaries with technology. Ultimately, we seek to work collaboratively to inspire change in school and district-wide policies related to phone and tech use during the school day.
